Arik Alcalay, Chief Executive Officer 

Arik Alcalay (45) joined Leadcom 3000 in March 2000 as Chief Executive Officer. Following the creation of Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. in February 2003, Mr. Alcalay was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the merged Company. Mr. Alcalay led the development of strategic relations with telecom vendors as well as the establishment of Leadcom's presence in CALA and EMEA. Prior to joining Leadcom, he served as Associate Vice President of Sales and Operations at the worldwide division of public networks at Telrad Networks Ltd. Mr. Alcalay holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from the Recanaty School of Business at Tel Aviv University. 

Eytan Mucznik, Chief Financial Officer

Eytan Mucznik (46) joined Leadcom in January 2003 to lead the financial aspects of the creation of Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. Prior to joining Leadcom he was the Finance Director of Mentergy Ltd, then a public company, engaged in global corporate training, and Chief Financial Officer of the John Bryce Group, an international software house. Mr. Mucznik has over 15 years of experience managing the finances of local and international companies. He is a CPA and a member of the Israel Institute of CPAs.

Yoel Bar-Gil, Chief Technical Officer

Based in Israel, Dr. Bar-Gil (55) is the Chief Technical Officer of Leadcom Integrated Solutions. Dr. Bar-Gil joined Leadcom in 2000 and was previously CTO of Leadcom Americas and Manager of Leadcom Italy. Prior to joining Leadcom, he was Director of Technical Support at ECI Israel, and also at Teledata and Telrad.

Ron Belkine, General Counsel & Company Secretary

Ron Belkine (44) joined Leadcom in November 2006 and is responsible for the Company’s worldwide legal and regulatory matters. Mr. Belkine possesses over twelve years of legal experience in both private law firm and corporate settings, and is certified to practice law in both Israel and the UK (Solicitor). Mr. Belkine was in-house counsel to the Tamam Division of Israel Aircraft Industries, Commtouch Software and Partner Communications, a leading Israeli cellular operator, traded on NASDAQ, LSE and TASE. He received his BA in Law from Tel Aviv University and holds an MBA (with merit) from Bradford University's Management Centre.

Michael Keltai, General Manager – Americas

Michael Keltai is the General Manager of the Americas Territory and is currently based in the UK. Mr. Keltai joined Leadcom in December 2006 and previously held the position of Group Sales Director for Stirk Lamont Associates, a global technology business solutions and consultancy company with its head office in the UK. Prior to this, he held several positions, during his seven years with Nokia Networks in Latin America, serving as Country Director and Account Director for Venezuela, Peru, Brazil and Argentina, in addition to leading the Sales and Marketing of Nokia Networks’ Global VAR Program. He has over 20 years' experience in management positions in the telecommunications, data technology, oil and gas, and medical technology sectors. He is a member of the IEEE, member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology UK, and holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering as well as a Master of Science Degree in Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast.

Ilan Menachem, General Manager – APAC

Ilan Menachem (42) has been the General Manager of the APAC division since January 2006. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer of Leadcom from June 2002. Before joining Leadcom, he spent three years as Director of Unified Network Solutions at Nortel Networks and eight years at Telrad Networks, where he was an Associate Vice President of Marketing and Public Networks. Mr. Menachem holds a BSc and MSc in Electricity and Computer Engineering, both from the Ben Guryon University.

Nicola Ruggiero, General Manager – Europe

Nicola Ruggiero (36) has been the General Manager of European division since October 2006, and is based in Milan. Prior to joining Leadcom, Mr. Ruggiero was the Product Manager at Belkin, and then served as System engineer for telecommunication networks at Siemens. He led the development of the network planning and engineering department in Leadcom from 2001, and was later appointed country manager for Italy.
