Leadcom Reschedules Third Quarter Earnings Date to November 27, 2008

November 21, 2008, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company', AIM: LEAD), a leading international provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, announced today that it plans to file its final prospectus next week due to its intention to list its shares and debentures on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). As a consequence of that, the release of the Company’s third quarter results, as well as the conference call organized for this purpose, will be delayed by one day and held on November 27, 2008.
