Leadcom Announces Cancellation of Admission of Securities to Trading on the AIM

July 2, 2009, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. 
('Leadcom' or 'the Company', AIM: LEAD), a leading international provider 
of innovative telecommunication solutions, announces that further to the resolution 
passed by the EGM held on June 22, 2009 the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares 
to trading on AIM has been cancelled at 7.00 a.m. (UK time) on June 30, 2009. 
Following the cancellation, the Ordinary Shares are not quoted on a market in the UK and the Depository 
Interests will cease to be registered with CREST at a date to be communicated by the Company. 
The Ordinary Shares will continue to be traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ('TASE').

The Company has put in place measures in order to facilitate the continued trading of the Ordinary Shares 
on TASE by its current Shareholders and the transfer of shares to TASE. Further details about these measures 
may be found in the 'Investors' section on the Company’s website (www.leadcom-is.com).

IMPORTANT NOTE – following the cancellation, the Company's announcements are NOT
monitored by a Nominated Advisor. The Company's official announcements are issued
in Hebrew on the TASE web site.

The Company will continue to issue on its web site, for a limited time, as a courtesy
to its shareholders', its principle announcements as well as extracts of its financial statements.
