('Leadcom' or 'the Company', AIM: LEAD), a leading international provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a significant project in Israel. The value of the project is approximately US$12 million dollars, and will be recognized in 2008 and 2009, building upon Leadcom's backlog for next year.

The scope of work rendered will include planning, deployment, integration and maintenance of data networks. This new contract is with an existing customer of the Company.

Management expects this project to grow in scope and value.
