May 19, 2008, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), was notified on 18 May 2008 that Sphera Masterfund LP and Puma-Sphera Masterfund have reduced their holdings to less than 3 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and, as a result, no longer have a notifiable interest in the Company.
