September 29, 2008, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), a leading international provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, announced today new contract wins in India.

Leadcom has signed a new contract with an existing customer, a leading mobile service provider in India. Leadcom will assume Turn Key responsibility for the construction of over 300 sites across the National Capital Region. The contract is valued at over $9 million. Most of the revenues from the project are expected to be recognized during 2008

The second contract is with a new GSM operator in India. This operator has already acquired frequencies for five major circles in India and plans to expand its activity throughout India. Leadcom has received a first order for network planning in the Orissa and Karnataka regions, each region for over 5000 sites. This first order is valued at over $1 million. Most of the revenues from the project are expected to be recognized during 2008.
