June 30, 2009, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), announces today that Arik Alcalay has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Arik Alcalay joined Leadcom in 2000, while it was a start up organization and has led it to its level as a respected global system integrator today. Leadcom operates today in more than 30 countries, employs around 1100 employees and reached a revenue that exceeded US$ 250 Million in 2008. Arik Alcalay also transformed Leadcom from a private to a public company by successfully executing an IPO and listing the Company on the AIM in 2005, later also to be successfully listed on the TASE in 2008.

Even though Leadcom has recently experienced strong challenges due to the global economic crisis, the steps taken by Mr. Alcalay has placed the Company in a stronger position to ensure business continuity, improved profitability and a healthy growth which should be reflected in the near future. 

Today, after 10 years of strong leadership and dedicated work as Leadcom’s CEO, Arik Alcalay has decided to seek new horizons and to hand over the Company to a new leader.

Arik Alcalay will remain with the Company until September 2009 in order to help his successor, who is in the process of being selected, through a smooth and successful transition.
