July 21, 2009, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd., a leading international provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, has announced that Mr. Ofer Bloch has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and that he will start in his new role on the 1st of September, 2009. The Company expects this new appointment will add significant experience and expertise to the Company's management team. Prior to joining Leadcom, Mr. Ofer Bloch has served as Chief Executive Officer of Netafim Ltd. since 2006. From 2003 to 2006 he served as Chief Executive Officer of DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. Mr. Bloch holds a BS degree in Economics and an MBA, both from Tel-Aviv University.
