August 17, 2009, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd., a leading international provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, has issued an Immediate report concerning the convening, by Hermetic Trust (1975) Ltd. - the trustee of the holders of the Company's debentures (Series A), of a meeting of said debentures' holders, which is scheduled to be held on August 17th, 2009, at 15:00 (Israel Time), at the Company's headquarters in Hod Hasharon, Israel.
The item on the agenda of said meeting is the trustee's proposition to defer the remainder of the payment which was originally due to be paid on July 15th, 2009, from August 31st, 2009 to a later date.
