Leadcom Integrated Solutions Announces Changes in its Board of Directors

Azur, Israel, April 27, 2006 - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. (the 'Company'), a global leader in the provision, management and implementation of telecommunications network deployment services and solutions (AIM: LEAD), announces the following changes in the composition of its Board of Directors, following the sale of ordinary shares in the Company by Elgadcom Group Ltd.('Elgadcom') and other founders as announced on March 9, 2006.

 Mr. Moshe Shushan, Mr. Ran Benjamini and Mr. Alon Nathan, from the Elgadcom Group, have resigned today from their positions as Non-Executive Directors of the Company. Mr. Stewart Millman has replaced Mr. Moshe Shushan as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ran Granot and Mr. Yona Eliad have been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from today.

The two new appointments have added a significant experience and expertise to the composition of the Company's Board of Directors. The following is a brief description of the two new Directors:

Mr. Ran Granot, age 54, a retired Israeli Air Force officer and an alumnus of Harvard University and the Hebrew University brings with him a deep experience in managing companies such as Fortress U&T and experience as a Director in companies such as Epsilon and Fortress G.B Ltd., in which he is currently a Director.

Mr. Yona Eliad, age 56, has a professional career in executive posts, including past directorship positions in Be Connected Inc., Net Eye Inc. and Commatch Inc. In addition, Mr. Eliad brings with him extensive knowledge in areas of Operations and Human Resources in the private sector, industry, communications and health administration.

Arik Alcalay, the Company's CEO, thanked the departing members of the Board for their immense contribution, and welcomed the new members of the Board of Directors.
