September 18, 2005 - Leadcom has been informed today by Corporate Synergy Plc, that 8,331,405 existing ordinary shares have been placed at 48 pence per share with existing and new institutions. The placing price represents a 50 per cent premium to the placing price on admission of the Company’s shares to AIM on 7 April 2005.
