Exemption from Prospectus for Awards in Israel

July 5, 2007, Hod Hasharon, Israel, - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), was granted an exemption by the Israeli Securities Authority from the requirement to issue a prospectus in Israel with respect to grants of awards in Israel under the company’s 2004 Equity Incentive Plan. Pursuant to the exemption, the Company prepared a voluntary disclosure document that would be provided to grantees of awards in Israel upon request. The disclosure document is accessible here.
