('Leadcom' or 'the Company', AIM: LEAD), a leading international provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, announces that it was informed today that Stewart Millman, Chairman and non-Executive Director of Leadcom, today purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of Leadcom at £0.61 per share. Mr. Millman now holds 160,000 shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
