January 14, 2008, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), was notified that Elco Holding Ltd. now holds 11,432,991 of Leadcom's ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.53 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company was also notified that TAO TSUOT Ltd. has reduced its holdings to less than 3 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital and, as a result, no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
