('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), was notified on July 17, 2008 that Hansa Capital Partners LLP holds 5,500,000 of Leadcom’s ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.57% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
