April 4, 2006 - The Company was notified on 31 March 2006 that Universities Superannuation

Scheme Limited ('USS') has sold 625,000 Leadcom ordinary shares. Following the

sale of these shares, USS holds 3,485,000 Leadcom ordinary shares, representing

approximately 3.49 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
