Azur, Israel, January 3, 2007 - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), was notified on 2 January 2007 that Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited ("USS") had reduced its interest in Leadcom ordinary shares by 600,000 shares. Following this transaction, USS remains interested in 3,183,476 of Leadcom ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.68 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and, as a result, no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
