Azur, Israel, January 29, 2007 - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom'), (AIM: LEAD), received notification on 28 January, 2007 that on January 20, 2007, Rathbone Brothers Plc and its subsidiary companies were interested in 6,657,120 Leadcom ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.6 per cent of Leadcom’s issued ordinary share capital. The notification was as a result of the implementation of the Transparency Directive which came into effect on January 20, 2007.
