('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), a leading international provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, announces that 804,550 new ordinary shares of 0.001 NIS each (the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following the exercise of options on February 22nd, 2007 at an exercise price of 0.001 NIS per New Ordinary Share, by certain directors of the Company.
