March 19, 2007, Hod Hasharon, Israel, - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd. ('Leadcom' or 'the Company'), (AIM: LEAD), was notified on 14 March 2007 that The Throgmorton Trust PLC ("Throgmorton"), had increased its interest in Leadcom ordinary shares to 3,772,161 shares, representing approximately 3.15 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
