Mr. Isaac Angel served as President and CEO of Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd. from 1999 and until November 2006. During that period the company completed an IPO and became a leading global provider of advanced technology solutions for the credit and debit card industry. Mr. Angel joined Lipman in 1979, and held various positions throughout the organization. Mr. Angel also serves as a director at Frutarom Industries Ltd. He previously served as director at Cell-Time Ltd. and Caspont Ltd. for several years.
Oded Koritshoner, Non-executive Director
Mr. Koritshoner has served as the CEO of Telrad Holdings and the CFO of Telrad Industries, and has held other management positions within theTelrad group of companies. He is currently chairman and shareholder of Priority Investments investment house, based in Israel, specializing in hedge funds. He is a board member of Israel Electric Company and heads its Investment and Financial Risk committee. Mr. Koritshoner holds a BA in Economics from the HebrewUniversity in Jerusalem, and an MBA from the same university.
Zvi Limon, Non-executive Director
Mr. Zvi Limon, age 49, serves as general partner at Rimon Management (2005) Limited (Rimon management informed the Company on May 30, 2007 that it holds 7,150,000 of Leadcom ordinary shares), and as venture partner at Magma Venture Capital. Mr. Limon also founded and chaired Limon Holdings Ltd., and managed several private equity funds. In addition, Mr. Limon held a variety of positions in leading consulting firms. Mr. Limon serves as director on the boards of DSPG, Ceva Inc. and GVT SA, and as a director of Wintegra Inc., Conect1 Ltd., GIU Ltd., Taboola Ltd., Nearteka SA., and Talisoft SA. Mr. Limon holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Bar Ilan University, and an MBA from Insead, Fontainebleau, France.
Jonathan Kaplan, Non-executive Director
Mr. Jonathan Kaplan, age 50, held various positions in the Israeli
Taxation Authority. In his last position, he served as the Income
Tax Commissioner. Mr. Kaplan was the chairman of the
Investment Committee of Migdal Insurance & Financial Holdings Ltd
and served as a director at Lipman Engineering Ltd. He is a director
of Alony Hetz Properties & Investments Ltd, Villar International Ltd,
Solbar Industries Ltd, Amir Marketing and Investments in Agriculture
Ltd, Keshet Broadcasting Ltd. and Clal Biotechnology Industries Ltd.
In addition, Mr. Kaplan is a consultant with respect to various
financial matters, with a specialization in taxation. He lectures at
various universities and institutions. Mr. Kaplan is a CPA and a
member of the Israel Institute of CPAs. He holds a B.A. in Accounting
and Economics from the Tel Aviv University, and a M.A. in Political
Science and National Security from the University of Haifa.
Irit Ben-Ari, Non-executive Director
Ms. Irit Ben-Ari, age 59, served for several years as a director
in Israeli National Coal Company Ltd. (a subsidiary of the
Israeli Electric Company) and Israeli Aircraft Industries Ltd.
Until March 2008, Ms. Ben-Ari served as the Head of human
resources at Amdocs. Ms. Ben-Ari also served in various
senior executive positions in Creo Israel Ltd., Gilat Satellite
Networks Ltd., Municipality of Herzliya, John Bryce Systems
Ltd. and IBM Israel Ltd. Ms. Ben-Ari holds an MSM from
the Ben-Gurion University (in cooperation with the Boston
University), LL.B. from the Tel Aviv University and is a
member of the Israeli Bar Association.
Jacob Perry, Non-executive Director
Mr. Jacob Perry, age 64, is currently chairman of the board of directors of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, one of Israel's prominent financial institutions, and Magal Security Systems Ltd. a leading manufacturer of Outdoor Perimeter Protection systems. During the last five years, he has been the chairman of Lipman Engineering (which was subsequently acquired by Verifone, a NASDAQ traded company), PinPoint Spac fund, and the "Mor" real-estate fund. He also serves as an External Director in the New Kopel Group, Israel's largest vehicle and car service group, and Elul Tamarind. Mr. Perry acted as external consultant to Aeronautics Defense Systems Ltd. and to Cellglide cellular services. In 1995, Mr. Perry was appointed CEO and President of Cellcom Israel Ltd. (one of Israel's three cellular operators). He fulfilled this role for 8 years and brought the company to a leading position in the Israeli telecom market. Mr. Perry holds a degree in Oriental Studies and History of the Jewish People from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Tel-AvivUniversity.
