As system integrator and maintenance supplier we are aware that the quality of our customers depends on the quality of our services which we try to enhance in every aspect of our operations.
Similarly we are committed to our vendors to install and maintain their Telecom equipment according to their standard, regulations to ensure top performance. We are proud to boast market stability and long-term relations with Vendors and Operators alike which are the product of answering their quality requirements as well as planning and constructing and maintaining their networks according to the required standards and the highest norms in the trade.

  • Leadcom’s companies are ISO 9001-2008, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified with a long track record of working according to company, customer and often government regulations

  • Leadcom TI operations are executed by personnel professionally trained by the vendors and working according to their authorized manuals and instructions

  • Leadcom adheres to Environmental, Health and Safety regulations


In order to uphold our goal and reputation as a Center of Excellence, Leadcom implements internal quality audits on all operational levels aimed at optimizing work procedures in addition to maintaining the required standard certification.

Our Quality Management includes customer satisfaction surveys in order to improve the quality of our performance on all levels:

  • Customers – conduct satisfaction survey and implement improvements; update on customer specific standards and requirements and update engineering and work procedures accordingly.
    Provide fully updated site documentation
  • Employees – review work methods and set refresher and professional training programs
  • Sub-contractors and suppliers – review and set performance objectives on all contract parameters to comply
    with Leadcom and customer standards as well as goals

 
Leadcom has comprehensive internal Quality and EH&S Manuals that are frequently updated and reviewed by our employees.
